Lux Life Estates · Los Angeles
Estates made for the lens
A curated portfolio of luxury homes for exceptional stays, private events, and film & photo productions — scouted, documented, and managed to a five-star standard.
The house is the star
Every production needs a world. We keep the keys.
Lux Life Estates represents an invitation-only portfolio of homes across Los Angeles and the California coast — clifftop moderns, storybook cottages, 1920s haciendas — each documented the way a location manager thinks: light windows, power, parking, dolly runs, neighbor history.
One call holds the venue, the permits packet, and a concierge team that runs your day like an opening night.
What we do
One portfolio, four ways in
Exceptional stays
Five-star short stays in the same homes the cameras love, managed to hotel standard across every platform.
S.02Private events
Galas, launches, weddings and dinners staged in homes no venue can imitate — with estate staff who run the night.
S.03Film & photo locations
Camera-ready estates with documented light, power, parking and permit history. Holds confirmed in 24 hours.
S.04Owner representation & management
We turn remarkable homes into managed assets — listing optimization, dynamic pricing, and revenue without the wear.
“They didn’t hand us a house. They handed us a finished shoot day — permits, neighbors, power, all of it already answered.” Line producerStreaming series, S2
Our process
From brief to wrap
Scout
Send the brief — script pages, mood board, or one sentence. We return a shortlist from the portfolio within a day, with the technical file for each.
Hold
One agreement covers the location, insurance requirements, permit data and neighbor notice. Your dates lock while you finish prep.
Shoot or host
An estate manager is on site from load-in to wrap — gates, parking, power, and a fast yes when the plan changes at lunch.
Reset
The house returns to owner condition on schedule, documented. Owners get a report; producers get invited back.

Notes from on location
What location scouts actually look for in a luxury home
Light, logistics and lines of sight — a scout’s checklist looks nothing like a realtor’s. Here is how the people who choose sets read a property.
Permits, insurance and neighbors: filming in private homes, done right
The unglamorous paperwork is what keeps a shoot day calm. A field guide to the three approvals every production needs before the first truck arrives.
