Owner representation & management

Your home, earning like an asset — protected like one, too.

This is where Lux Life Estates began. Owners of remarkable homes kept asking the same question: can this property earn without becoming someone else’s hotel, someone else’s set, someone else’s problem?

The answer is one managed calendar across three revenue lines — locations, events and stays — with vetting and documentation strict enough that the house comes back exactly as it left. You approve what goes on the calendar. We run everything on it.

How it runs

Assessment and onboarding

We evaluate light, architecture, logistics and neighborhood fit, then model what the property can realistically earn across film, events and stays. Onboarding includes professional photography, a full technical file, and the house rules that will protect it.

Revenue, actively managed

Listings are optimized and priced dynamically across platforms, pitched directly to location scouts and event planners, and blocked around your own use. Dark weeks become shoot days; shoulder season becomes stays.

Protection and reporting

Every production and guest is vetted, insured and deposited against damage. Each booking ends with a documented reset and inspection, and every month you receive a single report: revenue by line, occupancy, condition notes, and what we recommend next.

Questions, answered

Frequently asked

I own a luxury property. How do I join the portfolio?
Start an inquiry and tell us about the home. We evaluate light, architecture, logistics and neighborhood fit, then model what the property can earn across film, events and stays. Onboarding includes professional photography and a full technical file.
Do I lose control of my own house?
No. You approve the calendar, the house rules and the categories of use you are comfortable with. Some owners license only to productions; others open every line. Your own dates are blocked first, permanently.
How is the property protected?
Certificates of insurance naming you as additionally insured, damage deposits scaled to the property, vetting of every production and guest, an estate manager on site for productions and events, and a documented reset with photographs after each booking.
What does representation cost?
We work on a percentage of the revenue we generate, so our incentive and yours are the same. Onboarding — photography, the technical file, listing build — is quoted once, up front, and the rate is set by the mix of services you open.
