Hillhaven solves the shot every producer eventually needs: the Hollywood sign, in frame, from a controllable interior. The great room’s wraparound glass takes in the sign to the north and the full basin to the south, and the marble bar island anchors dialogue scenes without redressing.

After dark the house turns over to its second act — a rooftop terrace with a rimless spa, linear fire feature and the city grid burning below. Night shoots here light themselves.

The house comes camera-ready or stripped; the owner’s art and neon collection can stay or go with 48 hours’ notice.
